Unexpected Comfort in Chaos
The suite was terrific for unwinding after a long day. We enjoyed the warm fireplace, making our evenings cozy and delightful.
While the overall experience was pleasant, the front desk could improve on friendliness and approachability. A welcoming smile goes a long way, which was sadly lacking.

Family with children well cared for
The room was spacious, and my kids loved the free snacks in the lobby, they had a blast munching on those late at night. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with everything we needed.
It wasn’t exactly a bargain, but it was still alright.

I was shocked to encounter such unfriendly front desk staff. they barely uttered two words to me, how delightful! As a guest who expected a warm welcome, I also thought a complimentary upgrade would have been appropriate, considering everything. Almost left a glowing review but just couldn’t when the kids upstairs were jumping until 12:30 am, what a 'treat'.

Conveniently located near the Interstate, the property features a well-maintained pool area that the kids thoroughly enjoyed. The homemade sausages at breakfast were a delightful surprise, adding a tasty touch to the morning routine. However, slippery shower surfaces due to soft water posed some risk. Additionally, the front desk staff could be more welcoming, which dampened the experience a bit.

We had a lovely time at the hotel! The local golf course was a hit with the family, and we enjoyed the clean and well-maintained pool. The convenience of having delicious food options available like frozen pizza was also a nice perk for our kids.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could improve.

definitely want to stay in that area again
We had a king 2 room suite with a kitchen that was really spacious. The bathroom had a awesome walk-in shower with glass doors. The kitchen's fridge was a good size for leftovers. The breakfast was warm with hot eggs and sausages. They had a nice coffee bar. Pool was a hit with the kids!

I was really impressed with how spacious and clean the room was. The kitchenette made for a cozy stay. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only downside was that breakfast could have had a few more options, but overall, I highly recommend checking it out! 😊
